Fantastic hotel and spa

Liked: Amazing spa! Location perfect and everything you need on site. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: The restaurant food is average for such a quality hotel.

Lovely hotel - thoroughly recommend...

Liked: It was all excellent - the room was great and the spa is fantastic
Disliked: The service at breakfast is poor. The food is good but the staff are not particularly attentive and you have to continually ask for things which you don't want to do. The staff are very friendly but the service is poor. Also, they run out of bread/jams/spreads etc, so they are not up to speed

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, superior king room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The spa was beautiful and pools were an excellent temperature.

Absolutely wonderful from start to...

Liked: Staff, facilities, room, cleanliness were exceptional! We particularly enjoyed the 'Bridgeton' style music throughout the hotel. It just added to the overall ambience of the hotel. We were also impressed with the included spa facilities and thoroughly enjoyed the treatments that we booked. The restaurant was also very good. We very much enjoyed out evening meal on our first night. But I think that we most appreciated and can only commend were all the staff who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay for my husband's special birthday.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK. Bread choices were limited. We would have liked a choice of rolls to compliment the continental hams and cheeses. There was also no brown bread or gluten free option available. Bacon was a little too salty for my taste and not cooked enough. Minor I know but for such an excellent hotel maybe something to consider.
