Basic hotel in a nice...

Liked: We had everything we needed in a convenient location Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom was so small. We are both fairly slim and it was difficult to fit in there. We stayed in 32° heat and the room was very hot. There was a ceiling fan which was a bit rickety.

A Convenient location that served...

Liked: Location was great. Staff were friendly, very helpful and quick to rectify problems
Disliked: Cramped, old. And towel although washed were stained and discoloured and sometimes still wet from the laundry

Superb

Liked: Room had ensuite, comfortable beds and a refrigerator for a longer stay. Close to Victoria Station for transport and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace.
Disliked: Room is reasonably small, and there is no fan.
