room decent in terms of...

Liked: . room was ok, sheets and bathroom clean but rug off putting, looking dingy and slight smell of chemical/cleaning?
Disliked: no breakfast or coffee offered. hallways dingy and in need of repair. staff initially tried to charge me for two rooms (I traveled alone) Although AAA sign outside they wouldn't all for any AAA discount.
