I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Clean, nice garden out front was welcoming. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The TV was a bit small for the size of the room and distance from the bed. There was a domestic situation at 3:00 AM in a nearby room- yelling, stomping/slamming. Lasted for a while and I had to call the front desk to notify. Stopped shortly afterwards, and not the fault of the Inn, but very unpleasant. Bathroom lighting was too dim.

Liked: There was no breakfast. Breakfast is stated on the website but there was none. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was large and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Restaurants were located within a mile or two of the motel.
Disliked: Housekeeping was by request. The third day I requested housekeeping for trash towels, etc. but nobody showed up. Building was a little rundown, but the rooms were updated.
