Liked: Great place to stay! We enjoyed the or short weekend in Duluth and would stay here again.

Very good

Liked: Room was very clean and smelled nice.
Disliked: "View" is not a view if no access to the deck. Sauna is sub par= needs some slight modifications.

Location was great as well...

Liked: Always like to see old buildings repurposed. It was tastefully done.
Disliked: Only a couple MINOR items, one of lamps next to bed, is missing a twist knob for on off. Plug and unplug only possibility now. Cute plank shelf for coffee maker, microwave looks like it might need some leveling.

Disliked: Room had cobwebs. Towel holder was broken. Doors were hard to manage.

Liked: I liked the location, the room was nice. It was pretty quiet there and I enjoyed the Nespresso machine in my room.
Disliked: I would highly suggest getting a longer shower curtain, the one that was in my shower was short enough to get water splatters all over the floor and a small puddle at the step. The shower itself also needed a better tilt, it puddled up in the top left corner. I would also suggest a small wall set of instructions for the ac unit. I couldn't figure out how to get it colder in my room or how to redirect the fan blades till I messed with it for awhile.
