Very good

We will definitely stay again...

Liked: The bedding was very comfortable and you selected a room that was close to the pet area for us which was great! The breakfast was really good, we got to sit outside by the pool and it was a beautiful day!
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom and vanity is WAY WAY too bright! Blinding at night actually. Put some dimmers on the switch’s please!

Disliked: Room 221 - noisy heater. 3 of 4 room keys did not work.

Liked: Breakfast wasn't bad
Disliked: They pre-authorized my card twice instead of just once, causing $300 to be missing from my card the entire stay. It is Monday morning I am still dealing with this. The "manager" did not even apologize, she just said it was not her fault and it was the computer. The second night we stayed we used the pull out bed, the blankets that were suppose to be in the room were not there. And they had no pillows or extra sheets at the front desk, and said they wouldn't have any until 10AM the next day. The guy at the desk just kept saying "It's not my fault.". We had ants in our room. And now calling the hotel to figure out the missing $300, the front desk has told me the "manager" is not there and shows up whenever she feels like it, no set schedule.
