Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Mattress and box spring was so worn out, I had to put a pillow in the divet to keep from rolling into my spouse. STAINSSon all bedding, sheets so then in spots you see through. Top sheet was a twin size on queen bed going side to side. Could go on, no rm

Liked: Quiet and central location. Nice view from balcony.
Disliked: Building is old. The room door was sticking. The laundry facility was broken. Only one entrance of to the building would read the key card. Internet was unreliable. Water poured from the ceiling and flooded the kitchen. Bathroom floor was filthy.

Liked: Nothing. We left the day after we checked in.

Liked: The property is centrally located. Convenient to all Orlando attractions.
Disliked: Property is dated. Some of the previous amenities were no longer available and the staff were not aware of the changes. i.e. ping pong table. Kept getting told the tables were in a different location before someone on the staff acknowledged the table h

Liked: It was really close to universal and icon park. We didn't try to food they offered however we noticed it was fairly cheap which was a plus.
Disliked: Pull out mattress from the couch needed updating, felt like something that's been there since the 80s with all the springs poking you. There was also a weird chemical smell that seemed like it was covering up cigarette smoke from the seemingly old carpet.

Liked: Location the amenities in the room if they were in good condition would have been excellent everything you need to stay for a week comfortably. But they were not in good condition and they were so run down was just disgusting.
Disliked: So old and run down felt like I was in the slums it was terrible. The room was clean and the staff was nice location was good but it is so old Everything Is Broken peeling it just disgusting especially for over $--a night.

Liked: Location and room size was great.

Liked: I loved the dishwasher being in the room and the stove as we made breakfast a few mornings.
Disliked: The smell in room. Slow drain in bathroom. Slow to respond on requests. Card deactivated without notice. Hot water heater noises. No notice of laundry hours. Spot on curtain. Shower hot water was not as hot as the sink in bathroom. Staff had attitude.
