Overlooking Acapulco Bay at the highest point of Brisas Marqués featuring a swimming pool and boasting views up to 270 º to the Pacific Ocean and all of Acapulco´s bay. Tres Vidas golf course is near this ocean front hotel. At Encanto Acapulco guest rooms feature an iPod docking station sea views and flat-screen TVs. Some suites provide a terrace with a private pool. Hotel facilities include a gym business center and massage facilities. Guests can also enjoy an on-site cinema for up to 60 people. Hotel is open for business,...

Liked: Amazing location and staff. They clearly have been working hard to get back in operation after the hurricane. And they largely succeeded - they are open when most others are not.
Disliked: Still have work to do: no internet, phones or properly running air-conditioning. The hotel delayed our check in by almost 2 hours, offered to buy our lunch for making us wait, then failed to pay our lunch.

Little paradise

Liked: I loved everything about the hotel !!! The view , the architecture, the location .The amazing friendly staff ,as you arrive you feel welcomed into the best vacation ! Best breakfast menu I have ever experienced in Acapulco .I spent 4 nights , should have stayed at least a week .I will definitely plan to go back soon.
