Not happy
Disliked: Needs to be updated and eyelashes and stuff left all in drawers and out by the pool. Pool wax dirty.i paid a cleaning fee to have been put in dirty unit

Location is good but main...
Liked: There are roaches in the kitchen and hall way. We booked vacation atleast to cook, Couple of meals at home. looking at the roaches in the kitchen and cabinets and hallway kitchen are an added to come to kitchen and hall they literally sat in the bed rooms. I told about this to a service guy there, he said he will send some one, but no one shows up in our stay.

Disliked: The unit I stayed in isn’t kept update. Bugs, rusted light fixtures, windows blinds broken up. Wooden floors panels sliding apart.

Seriously disappointed
Liked: It was close to the amenities such as Disney.
Disliked: Booking Mismatch – We specifically requested a villa with a private pool. Not only was this not honored, but we had to go through a confusing back-and-forth between the resort and IDILIC, with neither taking responsibility. This lack of communication and accountability was frustrating from the start.Privacy Violations – On more than one occasion, staff entered our villa without our knowledge or permission. We were later told by another employee that this is against resort policy, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.Misleading Pet Policy – We were told the resort was pet-friendly, so we brought our cat. Upon arrival, we were informed that they only accept dogs, and that they "don’t like cats." This was never disclosed ahead of time and left us feeling very unwelcome.Poor Compensation – As a way to "make up" for not placing us in the villa we paid for, we were given a gift card to a restaurant not even located at the resort. This felt like a lazy and inadequate gesture considering the circumstances.Maintenance Miscommunication – A maintenance worker was sent to open our unit for a window repair technician, but he wasn’t even aware the unit was occupied. While he was polite, the lack of internal communication was unprofessional and concerning.Cleanliness Issues – Ants were everywhere, the jacuzzi was dirty, and the villa itself felt poorly maintained overall. Definitely not up to the standard we expected or had experienced in the past.Insufficient Supplies – We were given only three trash bags for the entire stay, and when we ran out of toilet paper, we were told we had to provide our own. Basic essentials should be restocked, especially for paying guests.
