I would stay here again...

Liked: Liked the facility, amenities, and cost.
Disliked: The hot tub is showing its age as was exterior maintenance is back. Causing needed at patio door, we had ants enter several days as a result.

Superb

Disney Trip

Liked: Privacy, beds were comfy & how close we was to everything.
Disliked: The blind in kitchen would not come down had to put a towel up. door frame fell off completely when entering which the door latch was connected to. But they had someone come in the next day & fix it right away.

Passable

Liked: Pool literally 5 steps from the living room
Disliked: We stayed downstairs and let the kids stay in three bedrooms upstairs. This is the loudest creekiest bed. We couldn't be discrete and ultimately didn't enjoy our adult time, at all!Also, the short string for the fan was purposely pulled off, so no way to turn on light without fan being on also. Everyone was coughing and sniffling due to being wet and cold

Nice area. Would go there...

Liked: Nice quiet apartment with a green view. Hot tub was nice as was eating out in the paved area. TVs in all the rooms.
Disliked: Asked for a room with a lake view, but couldn't see the lake from the property, had to walk out of the apartment across some grass, and then it turned out to be more of a stagnant pond! There is a much larger lake which you can walk around.The main swimming pool was being maintained, so had to use the kids pool.Beds were creakey.

It was a nice budget...

Liked: We liked how close the property was to disney parks.
Disliked: The house wasn't fully cleaned. The floors were dirty and couldn't walk around the house barefoot without feet getting dirty. There was still hair on some on the bed sheets and pillows from previous guest in some of the rooms.The manager offered to have the floors cleaned and change the bed sheets but we declined because we did not feel comfortable with the cleaning crew coming inside without us present and all our belongings out.

Exceptional

Good. But, disappointing.

Liked: The overall estate was well managed and well looked after.The property itself was clean and a good size. It was in a great location for what we wanted.
Disliked: The property needed some TLC. The carpets were the biggest issue. Unfortunately, in places the grip bar was completely exposed. Additionally, for a Villa this is the most basic kitchen I have ever had. With only one baking sheet and one frying pan to accommodate for 8 people. Nothing like a simple mixing bowl or an oven dish.Additional, the information given by IDILIQ on booking.com and on the main information sheet at booking, are either misleading, incomplete or incorrect. This made our holiday slightly harder. An example, is that on booking.com it is not clearly communicated that change of linen half way during your stay would be chargeable. The information provided on the welcome sheet had a QR code for a completely different property. Additionally, when we asked for our Trash to be taken from the property - as the information says online - it was not removed.

Horrible

Disliked: We stayed for a week and everytime I could get ahold of a manager they told me they would get back to me before 6pm and still have yet to hear from a manager. It’s very rude and unprofessional. We had so many maintenance issues with our resort and they would keep telling us they can’t do anything without proof even tho we had it. one guy couldn’t even bother to look at the proof he was in a hurry to get out while he was on the phone the whole time with the other person on the end kept telling him to “be nice” ( we had a water leak coming from the upstairs master bedroom leaking on to the living room floor, the master bedroom lights would flicker when on, a bowed in floor covered up by a rug and putting our weight on it made it feel like we would definitely go through the floor eventually, etc.) i feel like you should always have one manager on site for these type of issues, i should not have to go to the main building to call a manger and wait around on hold for you to beat around the bush and tell me the same thing every time. Highly dissatisfied with management at the Encantada resort.
