Liked: It was close enough to the Quarter to walk.
Disliked: Run down. Tiny rooms with rickety beds no frills at all Premium cost.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No breakfast. No vending. Had to pay for ice. Your card gets charged for more than the price you reserve/confirm it for online. The owner will use your credit card info to book an additional room even when you checked out on time & had no intention of continuing to stay there.

Liked: Convenient to French quarter.
Disliked: 1st day someone knocked off side mirror on mercedes. When checking out Sunday, the man at counter was so strung out on drugs, he couldn't talk or keep awake. It took forever to get damage deposit back.

Nah You Sleep in There

Disliked: The floors were very dirty the bathroom toilet at the bottom of the outward base at the screws were dirty. Tiny Mini bar of soap in the bathroom. I requested clean towels and linen. Only one set of towels. The linen was stained.The wall behind the bed mattress (not head board) has gum and dirt on it. I checked out 2 hours after I checked in. Not what I expected at all.

Liked: Staff was friendly but this place needs cleaned up and bad!!
Disliked: Everything! Everything is dirty, Ac broken, drug addicts everywhere... people up and loud all hours of the night!

Liked: I always choose the Empress I've been coming here for over 15-20 years every time I visit new Orleans I choose the Empress
Disliked: The size of the bath soap has changed over the years I would suggest selling large bars of soap different varieties for like maybe $1.50 a bar or something like that
