Hotel was beautiful, clean and luxurious and staff were very kind.

Liked: Lovely hotel; very nice staff.
Disliked: Check in was over an hour late.

A weekend away to relax

Liked: Everything! Placed in a great location where there is so much to do around you and mostly everything you could need was right there in your hotel
Disliked: I enjoyed everything

Overall stay was good and...

Liked: Location and Mull wine, pool was great
Disliked: Septic smell in room. We were blaming each other until we both walked in together after a day out. Breakfast was not hot and omelette was unusually rubbery.

Liked: Everything, it was a wonderful stay and we cant wait to come back and stay again.
Disliked: I was disappointed by one thing only, the charging station was via 240v plug only as the USB plug didn't work and all I brought was the USB cord. A charging pad in 2025 suits all phones
