Hotel was beautiful, clean and luxurious and staff were very kind.
Liked: Lovely hotel; very nice staff.
Disliked: Check in was over an hour late.

Liked: the assistance of your staff was exemplary. My father required a wheelchair, shower chair and additional assistance, which was generously provided by your kind concierge and Bell hop staff. Nelson was especially kind. Thankyou.

Liked: Great location and close to QPAC where I attended the Australian Ballet “Sleeping Beauty”.Staff were absolutely attentive and beautiful. The little Cleaner on Level 7 worked very hard and kept my room immaculate.

Liked: Everything was perfect from the interactions with every staff member through to an impeccable room with an amazing view of the city and river. Pool and gym were also great.

Luxury without the pretension
Liked: Very fancy hotelwith none of the pretentiousness. Lovely friendly staff, great food and delicious cocktails, wonderful views and location. Worth the extra for the sense of luxury!

Liked: Generally, I had the feeling that i was the first person to stay in my room. The young man who greeted me when i pulled up set the tone for my stay. He was warm, friendly, professional, honest, compassionate, and a pleasure to deal with (don't recall his name sadly).
Disliked: The $60 parking fee was a bit of a disappointment. Would be helpful if this was declared during the booking process
