Hotel was beautiful, clean and luxurious and staff were very kind.
Liked: Lovely hotel; very nice staff.
Disliked: Check in was over an hour late.

5 Star Luxury
Liked: We love the rooftop! Swimming in the pool in winter.. who would have thought?! So nice and relaxing. Beautiful rooms and comfy beds. Staff were above & beyond. Location, location. Want to stay here every time we come to Brisy. Amazing
Disliked: The price, but you get what you pay for.

Liked: The staff are exceptional. Conciege team are extremely friendly, chatty and go above and beyond. As we where leaving already out the door a gentleman from concierge asked if we wanted some water and literally ran off to get 2 bottles from the fridge. I forgot a hair brush and we rang reception and they bought me one! In world, where eye contact and communication has disappeared in the service industry, this hotel has nailed customer service. We had an incredibly enjoyable stay this weekend.

Overpriced and disappointing.

Disliked: Decor was very glitzy-horrible.The see through bathroom.The lift “entertainment” visuals.Difficult to find light switches in room.Unable to find charging dock for devices.The patisserie/restaurant down on street level, where the service was extremely slow after sit-down ordering and when we complained, the staff attitude was not conciliatory. When the delayed food came, it was lukewarm and had obviously been sitting in the kitchen for some time.

I will return but I...
Liked: Hotel design and finishes. Customer service from the managers. The double twin room on the river was spectacular. Really good sound proofing. No doubt we were super loud and had no problem from neighbouring rooms.
Disliked: Miscommunication errors at reception and concierge resulted in undesirable outcomes like lost luggage and room adjustments that resulted in one guest being forced to sleep on a fold out bed when we booked double queen rooms. Hotel actively tried to make up for the errors with food and beverage vouchers, wine, chocolates and other discounts as we couldn’t have our original booking revert due to no vacancy. I will return again because I have faith my next stay will be outstanding.
