Liked: The property and facilities were very clean and smelled great throughout the hotel; the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi-style bath tub was a nice plus.
Disliked: The room was kind of small, only a little bigger than the bed.

Liked: The hotel is located in a great part of town mid point from several of the must see locations while visiting CD MX. The bell service and house keeping staff are phenomenal! They were able to provide excellent service and suggestions for the first time visitor.
Disliked: No pool and limited amenities.
