Ok for a short stay!
Liked: Nice older hotel, needs an update. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants are good, wood was presented very nicely, looked and tasted as it should.
Disliked: VERY NOISY ROOMS!! Buses and traffic honking horns all hours of the day and night!

Nice place but you will...
Liked: The hotel was a good size and they offered multiple services that made the stay feel well rounded in terms of necessities.
Disliked: The facilities looked very weathered, there were times when there wasn't any hot water in the rooms. The pools were nice but the beach in front of the beach was very full of trash (plastics and such) that made the beach very ugly. The water was also very rough.

Great Hotel and service personnel!
Liked: The absolute best thing of this hotel is the service personnel. They are absolutely great. The family pool is also great and very clean. Everything feels to be great quality. Breakfast is very good and the "quesadillas" guy is a great cook! Beach is directly there, and you can use their infrastructure to relax there. We liked it very much, that's why we extended our stay.
Disliked: The only reason we don't give it a 10, is because we first got a room at the "left" tower and this tower feels to be in a not so good shape in general. The room, even though it was the "same" style/type we booked, was much more older conditions. The bath was leaking 24/7 and is much louder that side from the street which is extremely loud. So we ask for a change of room after 1 night, and the staff at the lobby was very cooperative and changed us to a room in the "better" (right) tower, but only because I specifically asked for that side. We got a room and directly we noticed that the AC was extremely loud and clearly not in great shape... So Inmediately asked for another one before we moved in and then we got a perfect room. So in conclusion, I think there are many rooms that may have some very bad flaws and I don't understand how they could try to let us stay there... (Booking offer maybe?), but if they would simply correct these flaws the hotel would be perfect. I gave them a 9 because they were helpful and without problem they changed us. The latter room was amazing. So I would recommend you to ask for a better room, in case it's needed.

The property needs to be...
Liked: Property was decent had some flaws.
Disliked: Disappointed because the first night we woke up with a leak ceiling in the restroom and then was moved to another room in the same floor. It also had a leak ceiling in the bedroom. We were moved twice, but then eventually moved to a lower level Where we lost the view of the beautiful ocean scenery we felt deceived. Also the upgrades for that room were lower with the TV not having Hulu or Netflix. We also had another incident where the valet parking gave us the wrong key of another vehicle . The valet person turned on our on vehicle for us and let us drive off. We turned off and noticed we were not able to turn vehicle on which left the family stranded at a restaurant. My husband and cousin had to take a taxi to the hotel and pick up original key This was very upsetting for all of us, causing us to be overwhelmed. The property is a little age which needs some upgrades.

The facility could have been...
Liked: It was close to food restaurants, close distance to the beach and location was to indoor mall.
Disliked: The property has aged and it’s obvious. The first night room leaked in restroom due to rain at night . Family was moved to the another room that next morning and the room had also leaked on bedroom area. It’s took 2 times to get a room with no leak, which I felt that an inconvenience for family. We also lost great view we had of the ocean and our add on the television for example Netflix which we feel we lost our upgrade in that aspect. Also the valet workers are not careful on distributing keys to proper vehicle due to the fact we were given the wrong vehicle key and was left stranded at a restaurant. We called facility several times until and complained. Eventually took taxi to pick up key, it was an inconvenience for my family and very upsetting.
