A terrible experience.

Disliked: Really bad experience. We stayed for 2 days. On the first night, there were four of us, but the second bed was a broken, very uncomfortable sofa bed with damaged springs. There were no sheets or pillows. We went to the reception to ask for them, but they told us it was too late (it was 8:00 PM) and that the staff had already left. They gave us torn sheets and said someone would fix everything the next morning.The next day, we went out, and when we came back, no one had been to the room. Once again, they told us it was too late (this time it was 7:00 PM) to get clean sheets. The day after that, we just left.

I advise you to find...

Liked: The breakfast is only croissants and cupcakes. Everything finished so quickly and they did not refill it frequently enough.
Disliked: They did not give us blankets and when we complained they treated us rudely. They told us that it is not their responsibility to provide us with blankets and sheets.

Very pleasant stay, I plan...

Liked: The breakfast was a little basic, though I must admit it was good value for the prices charged. I missed seeing sausages or scrambled eggs which is regularly found in similar breakfast menus - but overall I'm satisfied with the breakfast provided.
Disliked: Some of the TV channels were always stuck and there was no working kids channel, though it was mentioned in the guest booklet provided in our room. Maybe helpful for the management to consider updating the cable-tv box.
