One good staff, one lazy...

Liked: THe first staff I met who seemed to work the early afternoon was very helpful, got me some ice and overall seemed customer service oriented.
Disliked: the later evening staff who replaced the first guy was not customer service oriented at all, was lazy and said the hotel doesn't serve ice when I needed some more for my cooler. Area was very sketchy a street porostitute came out of the hotel and started trying to pick up men 30 yards from the front door. No fridge in the rooms.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff refunded 10$ for hot water problem
Disliked: No hot water in shower.

Good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The area was a little run down so I wouldn't want to go out after dark by myself.

Bad

It met my needs for...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, and sheets and towels were clean.
Disliked: WiFi connection was weak. Some surfaces and handles were sticky (fridge door, curtain handles)

Passable

Superb

Liked: Great place to stay very quiet for the downtown
