Tiny room and unsafe area!

Liked: It was good to be next to a major train station for travel to and from the city centre and other areas of Berlin. The room was clean and breakfast was great for the price we payed.
Disliked: The room was tiny, we were a group of 3 girls and the room was meant for 4. There was hardly any space for luggage, it was just a room with 2 beds! So keep in mind if you are going with more than 2 people. Also the location wasn’t the safest. Being next to a train station meant a lot of drunks and homeless lingering around. You also had to request room cleaning service which we did a few times via a QR code and nothing was cleaned. The staff weren’t overly helpful either, when we checked in they just gave us the key cards and shooed us off. No mention of breakfast that we paid for, how to room service works or even the check out times

Disliked: The double room is really small. If you have big suitcase, there is no chance to open it. Cleaning need improvement.

Fun cosy place just opposite...

Liked: Really great location, and very nice room.
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft for my standard, but I wouldn't say it was uncomfortable

Liked: Great location. Nice interior design. A lot of light in the rooms.
Disliked: Slow elevators. Room cleaning has to be preordered.

Liked: Very modern - with a nice bar/chillout area Handy for Berghain!Rooms were functional but clean
Disliked: Being sent the key code meant there was very little staff interaction - felt a bit impersonal

Disliked: Check in was a pain, we arrived early and had not been able to sleep so tried to get checked in a bit early which they said should be possible, room wasn’t ready till actual check in time of 3pm
