Liked: All staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Fabio who helped me quickly with my luggage out of the locker when I am in a hurry to catch a train.

Liked: I had such a nice stay! Bed was so comfortable with different pillows to choose. Room had ac and a television, everything was clean

Thoroughly poor experience

Disliked: Air con didn't work, asked to change rooms, so they put us in a tiny room with none of the extras we paid for. They were grumpy about the whole thing. See my other reviews. I'm not a serial complainer

Superb

Great value, great location, great...

Liked: great location, nice modern room. we travelled in a summer heatwave and the quality air conditioning was simply fantastic. will book again!
Disliked: one disadvantage is that everything needs to be done via the hotel's app. put aside a couple of minutes to download this and get the hang of it.
