Liked: Amazing location near transport and supermarkets- will be staying here next time I’m in Berlin

If you can found somewhere...

Disliked: You have to win a lottery to be comfortable in that hotel. If the system screw you nothing ca be done. We lost and so we get a smaller room than we have booked for and was upsetting. We found hair in the toilet and also our friend that stayed in the same hotel.

Liked: The breakfast was varied and quite tasty, offering a good selection to choose from.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room felt very worn out—there was a crooked shelf and signs of general disrepair, like missing or broken fixtures. The bed linen looked shabby and didn’t feel clean, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The housekeeping was poor; the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We asked room service to clean the room, but nothing changed during our stay. Overall, the room was not a pleasant environment to be in.

Delightful hotel in Berlin!

Liked: Fresh, fun decor, location fabulous for walking and transportation (train directly across the street!) easy to many museums, restaurants and sights.Staff was really helpful and at the ready. Rooms smallish but typical European and clean, and trendy. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a cluster. Granted we were there on a holiday weekend but a reorganization of the layout/directionality of things would help whether upstairs or down location...
