Superb
Liked: Such a unique location in the redwoods - absolutely amazing. Cabin itself is warm and cozy and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Disliked: The chairs and table on the balcony could definitely do with a good clean / be replaced.

A lovely stay in our...
Liked: Our cabin was great and very warm which was a nice welcome considering it was quite cool outside. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The location was perfect, there is a supermarket just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The location of the property was excellent being in the forest and the ocean right next to it.

Undisclosed pet fee made it...
Liked: The cabin had all the things we needed like coffee maker, microwave, and hot water in the shower.
Disliked: They don't disclose a separate pet fee when you use booking.com. The booking specifically says 'Pets OK' but doesn't mention a fee anywhere. Confusingly, the booking also says, no pets allowed, so it seems like don't have a clear policy about this and are just trying to milk customers for additional money on what is already an overpriced off-season, mid-week stay. They forced us to pay an additional $25 saying "this is our policy". My policy is to have clear communication about what I am paying, but they didn't care about that. They blamed it on a 3rd party booking, to which I said, "you still need to tell customers they are expected to pay an additional cost". This wasn't listed anywhere, and if I had more time and resources, I'm sure there could be a lawsuit against them for their lack of disclosure. They did say 'Sorry about that" but made no effort to compromise or accommodate their mistake.
