Disappointing

Liked: Parking was very good. The mini golf course was good. They were good about extra towels. Room was clean.
Disliked: The bathroom window was broken, the shower door was broken, the lock on the bathroom door was broken. There was no air conditioning and they had portable fans and they where very dirty.

Liked: We have stayed at the Emerald Dolphin several times in the past. Always clean and relatively quiet.
Disliked: The only thing we found to our dislike was that the room was warm, but a light cover was needed. The covering was a comforter, and it was way too warm. There was a problem with the light over the bed. The switch needed to be replaced.

Liked: The man at the front desk was very kind. Our room was huge! Everything is very clean and new, with a 90's forest green and cherry stained wood vintage style. We brought our dog and they were very pet friendly. The free coffee in the lobby every morning is really good. The mini golf course was lovely. The arcade was small, but had the best first person shooter Alien Armageddon game. Their pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine is gorgeous! They even have a vintage Harley Davidson riding motorcycle game. We will definitely be staying here again.
