Emerald Beach Hotel

Everything was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Liked: Gave us a great room even when they didn't receive our reservation.
Disliked: None.

Only good thing was location

Liked: That it was right on beach
Disliked: Mold in room. Had to go get own towels and toilet paper. Pool was not heated anymore. Breakfast was not the same.

Liked: Not much of a breakfast
Disliked: Water was cold beds are not comfortable at all smoke alarm went off for no reason phone kept dialing on it’s own

I will never come back...

Liked: Got moved to three different room a/c didnt work on any bed was not made when arrived at room

Disliked: Everything the hotel was so dirty

Disliked: Everything. The staff, overall cleanliness of the hotel, roaches everywhere and staff not caring.

Disliked: Parking sucked,breakfast sucked, coffee sucked, view sucked,staff wasn’t helpful. That was the worst stay. Never go back

It was our first time...

Liked: Bed was so comfortable
Disliked: It wasn’t the property it was our neighbors. They were partying in the hallway with loud music and talking all loud.
