Honestly quite typical lake district

Liked: No breakfast offered even though it was paid for x2. No good for working people.
Disliked: I could have been looked after better. I wasn't offered any discount even though this was my third stay in 3 weeks. I was going to stay the following week but cancelled because no one seemed interested in helping my situation

Liked: Nice location, nice hotel but the worst room at the hotel on this occasion
Disliked: Very dark room and had to close blind for privacy as the window was above a work area and was noisy. Light in bathroom above sink didn’t work. Had to run shower for ages to get hot water, the shower temperature control was temperamental. The fan runs for ages and is noisy, the breakfasts didn’t start until gone 8 so we had to make do with a cornflake and apple juice solution.

Liked: Great facilities in an amazing location. The room was everything i hoped it would be and the food was very good too.
Disliked: A bit more attention to detail regarding cleanliness in and around the pool area.
