Just disappointed and felt that...

Liked: There was no air conditioning in my first room. I was moved but I was told by staff that it’s MY responsibility to check the room facilities when arriving and they have too many rooms to check daily. I explained that we didn’t know it wasn’t working until the middle of the night and we had a 4 month baby
Disliked: The customer service was lacking. The pool was closed. The air in the room wasn’t working.

Liked: Loved the amount of room in the suite and the staff was friendly and accommodating..always smiling and nice! However, the only disadvantage was the smell in our room.
