Disliked: Saturday evening staff kept saying she would have someone bring up two pillows. After 4 hours of waiting, multiple calls and staff excuses, the staff ended up leaving for the evening without bringing us the pillows she said she would deliver her self.

Friendly staff, great location and comfort!

Liked: staff was great at breakfast! Chef broke one of my eggs and when I told him it was ok he gave me another one anyway because he wanted me to have the very best he said! great variety love the eggs/omelette bar.
Disliked: That parking wasn't included was an added value I didn't realize.

Great for business but I would not stay with family

Liked: We love the size of the 2 bedroom suite
Disliked: There were sirens all night long ... The room was dirty and we were missing all the ingredients for coffee in the morning.

Outdated and Not the Cleanest, but Decent Enough for a Quick Work Trip

Liked: The location was good, the lady at the front desk was very nice, breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The place is very outdated and not very clean. I got a suite and the cushions on the chair and sofas were badly stained. There were large stains on the carpet as well. Besides the lobby, the hallways and rooms look tired and depressing.

Disliked: While booking I had asked for a late checkout at 1:30 pm. This request was not cleared by the hotel. I had to leave my room during my zoom conference. That was very unpleasant.
