Best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From check-in to check-out was flawless. We'll be back!

Liked: Friendly, knowledgable staff; room was clean and comfortable; loved the bed and pillows; bathroom and shower were excellent; ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was friendly and the food was excellent and priced well; also ate breakfast - clean environment with a great choices of fresh foods. Again, friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff was awesome. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Room could have been a bit cleaner. It was a bit dusty. Shower had a little bit of mildew in corners. Not terrible, just not great.

This hotel was the highlight...

Liked: We're very impressed with the hotel on every level. The open bar with snacks in the evening was wonderful after a long day's drive, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and positive.

Liked: Breakfast was great, and the location was convenient to dinning and the University of Alabama.
Disliked: The staff didn't seem to be very happy to be there. They were pleasant, but appeared to only be there to do their job.

Liked: Breakfast and the attentiveness from the staff about the room/client.
Disliked: N/a
