Liked: One of the nicest Embassy Suites I've stayed in. Great location with views of the mountains and Tucson. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Disliked: They need to put a warning ⚠️ that event hough it's pet friendly that they dont have any clean rooms from animals. My wife is extremely allergic to cats and dogs. She got so sick that she couldn't breathe and had to take her to the clinic to get a shot. And that ruined our trip.

Will stay there again. But...

Disliked: Staff not knowledgeable on all things. Did not like that I had to pay for parking. I asked for late checkout (1 pm) but I was locked out of my room before 12 noon. Also we were not told about the breakfast in AN

Poor customer service but good...

Liked: I liked the breakfast and afternoon snacks. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location.
Disliked: Customer service was poor. There was no one there to check me in and I had to wait a long time until someone finally came to the front. Also, I was charged for a late check out by mistake. I checked out at 7:21am and the receipt said I checked out at 12:19pm. When I called to get this mistake corrected, the person at the front desk was rude and told me that I had to prove it. I checked out on the app and there should be a record of it. They told me I had to email him proof. He was rude and not helpful so I had to call the main office to get help. The main company was helpful and kind.

Liked: Everything was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Paying for parking was a surprise.

Very Good Stay with Some...

Liked: Room was quiet, clean with a view of the mountain. I requested a room with a step in shower and mountain view and was very pleased that my request was honored. Housekeeping was great and made sure the room was cleaned on a daily basis.
Disliked: Cheap toilet paper, shampoo bottle wasn't filled, breakfast could be better. The eggs were dry so I ordered an omelet which was overcooked. I did later order fried eggs to order and that was fine. The oatmeal was inconsistent and watery one day. A few more options would be better. The hotel could have better signage in the halls since the rooms are built in a zigzag fashion and there are two levels so you can actually come in on the first floor but need to go to the second floor to your room.

Disliked: Bizzare layout. Elevators located not at the center or by the reception but at the ends of the halls.

Glad it was only one...

Disliked: 1: Breakfast was ok, the attendants for the breakfast couldn't understand any English. I'm not being condescending, the purpose of attendants for breakfast is to assist, how can they assist when the majority of folks are non Spanish speaking. being in the service industry you might want to think about how the customers feel over the how much cheaper the labor is. All we wanted to ask was do you recycle. 2: while the room was nice the HVAC system in the bedroom closet was overly loud, to the point it woke my wife up every time it kicked on. not the best place to install the system in the bedroom closet. What was the thinking.
