Liked: Location good. Room comfortable. Breakfast decent. Breakfast room staff were very good.
Disliked: Front desk staff were slow and unfriendly. This is the only suburban hotel I’ve encountered that levies a parking charge. Housekeeping was only available by special request, not even automatically on a reduced schedule. We’ve used this hotel often in the past, but it has deteriorated as a value to the point we are unlikely to book there again.

Liked: The workers were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean with a lovely shower.
Disliked: The lamp and outlet on one side of the bedroom was not working so I was not able to charge my devices on my side of the bed. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was so low that we could barely rinse soap off. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. The food was really horrible and overpriced. The free snacks were very limited. The pool was not functioning so we couldn’t utilize it during our stay.

Liked: Breakfast and the breakfast room was amazing and the staff were also wonderful!
Disliked: We actually had a bad experience when we first checked in. Our room (connecting room )was apparently located next to a room with a very loud party that obviously had more than four occupants in it. They were very loud past the curfew, quiet hours, and it did not seem like the staff had it under control. Finally with much Pressure, they gave us a new room. But we had to be almost rude to get another room.

Liked: The room and ammenities.Very nice pool, breakfast, and cocktail hour . However, we dont drink.Daily parking charge.
Disliked: No Daily housekeeping.However, if you ask, they will come..

I had a comfortable stay.

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a wonderful Restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly. I enjoyed my suite and stay. I will definitely stay again.

Liked: Overall it was ok. due to the mattress. Location was great.
Disliked: The smell of Marijuana in the hallways was strong. The pool water was disgusting. Dirty towels everywhere on the floor and no clean towels. Sofa bed uncomfortable.
