Overall very low regard for guest comfort. Resentful staff.

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: Stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes while staff took care of the front desk. It wasn't until my friend threatened to call 911 that they finally came and opened the door with a crow bar. Poor service and no concern for guest safety.

Disliked: The toilet had pubic hair trimmings all over it. When the house cleaning staff came to clean it (25 minutes after the call to to the front desk) the house cleaner used her same cleaning hand to let herself out of our room-further contaminating our door knobs. Very unsettling.

Clean, quiet hotel conveniently located...

Liked: Excellent location, close to SF without having to stay in SF. Clean, quiet room and comfortable bed. Spacious suite with separate bedroom. Convenient breakfast with good choice of food.
Disliked: Pillows kept going flat. Not enough/ choice of coffee pods for coffee maker.

Liked: Happy Hour was a nice addition to our stay and the pool was warm and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had a nice dinner in our room one evening. Great location for driving into San Francisco for the day.
