Liked: The location of the hotel was nice. I also like that the suite had a separate living space from the bedroom.
Disliked: I thought the beds were uncomfortable, they felt extremely stiff and the blankets were scratchy on your skin. The WiFi did not work for any of my Apple devices. I also made a complaint to the front desk that their jacuzzi bleached and ruined my bathing suit. And after waiting more than 24 hours for their investigation, they said they had their water levels tested and everything was normal. They said it was most likely due to the material of my swimsuit. I had 3 piece swimsuit, each piece were from different stores and different brands. I bought all 3 at different times at the beginning of the summer this year. I highly doubt that the material of my swimsuit was to blame for it being bleached out and discolored in the hotel jacuzzi. I was beyond upset and unhappy with their final conclusion to their investigation.

Stay was great but Covid!
Liked: Valet parking was awesome and staff was friendly. The location was perfect your literally 5 minutes from the busy part of the river.Due to covid we couldn?t get our rooms cleaned and you have to schedule appointments for the pool which wasn?t a wait at all. You ask for towels if needed at front desk and we left our trash cans in the hallway to get picked up. Other than that it was a great place to stay very roomy!
Disliked: You can?t get your room cleaned due to covid!

Disliked: Our customer service was very poor Antoine was very rude a very bad experience, no parking , no water in rooms our breakfast was not what expected very bad experience was even charged for the internet first and last time and will never recommend this place after this experience I think that with all thats going on with COVID if they have made changes they should let customer know at time of booking
