Liked: Nothing. I stay in hotels 45-60 nights per year. Worst experience in 40 years of traveling. Paid $---for one night, expecting luxury. Got a nightmare!
Disliked: Booked king suite, given room w/2 dbl beds. Got in late, too exhausted to go change. Mattresses VERY uncomfortable. Pillows SUCKED - cheap pillows. AC/Heat was VERY loud, went from freezing cold to boiling hot all night (NO SLEEP) TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
