Maid staff was ok, but...

Liked: Manager was insanely rude to my disabled son.
Disliked: Manager

Liked: The breakfast was bagged
Disliked: The pool closed at 6pm

it was not as good...

Liked: room was clean and nice.
Disliked: Due to Covid only had cold breakfast, not the usual wonderful Hot breakfast Embassy suites has. They charged me $10 more than the booking rate plus tax plus fees and deposit. The original room had a loud scream coming for the AC Air Handler. When I asked to move the person at the front desk did not appologize and it seemed like I was asking alot to be moved.

Disliked: The pool is very ugly and deteriorated. The pool needs to be repaired, it is very run down.
