Room had the stench of urine. It was so strong we immediately walked out. They gave us another room that smelled musty but we coped. Toliet ran all night. They must have plumbing issues.

Liked: Close to bars and clubs.
Disliked: Foul odors.

It was walking distance to the venue. Large suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa in the sitting area. Near Lake Eola, which is nice for walking/running. They had a restaurant, but menus weren't visible - the kids ate there and said it was good. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed to be a safe area. I enjoyed my stay here.

Liked: Complimentary happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast; friendly staff; atrium lobby.
Disliked: Valet parking only (for almost $30); had to park in garage across the street ($5).

Liked: The location is perfect for KIA Center events or if you wish to be in downtown Orlando.I appreciate the help of the man receptionist who changed our room. He was very professional.Parking in front of the hotel.
Disliked: - I did not like one of the lady Receptionist calling me "Honey" and instead of asking for my name or booking code, said "need your credit card honey, i don't care about your name"... that was shocking...- we changed rooms because the 1st room was on the 2nd floor facing a building and having a ventilator in below the window. Very noisy.- the 2nd room was ok but the smell was terrible. Our clothes are still smelly. Muddy and humid smell. Terrible.- truly a waste of plastic. All forks and spoons are plastic at breakfast.- no open breakfast. There are staff members adding to your plate. Very little choice of food.No vegetables. No cheese. No ham. - No stairs. Just elevators that get very busy.- the rooms have a small window on the hallway... i find that odd. The light in the room is poor.I would not come back.
