Liked: The staff is always super smily and helpful. Rooms usually pretty clean... the breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: It's time for some new mattresses... we have stayed here many, many times and the mattresses are all pretty hard. a softer mattress would be a total game changer for Embassy Suites as a whole. Our room had a whisper hint of smoke smell when we walked in.

Liked: The location is great, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The nightly managers reception was nice.
Disliked: Snacks and frozen food items for sale at guest check in were overpriced.$12 dollars for a pint of ice cream! Room was not as clean as one might expect from a 3 star hotel. Kids were running through halls, playing with elevators making it difficult to use

Disliked: Bed was rock hard and the tp was John Wayne.

Liked: The property is beautiful inside, great breakfast buffet every morning and 2 free drinks & appetizers during happy hour in the bar.
Disliked: Wish it had a hot tub (does have an indoor pool)
