Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. Location was right next door to our event. Never even had to walk outside to get to it. Hotel is very well maintained.

Liked: I've always enjoyed staying at an Embassy Suites. The rooms are always nice and clean. Although management was accommodating I was a little disapointed that my room was not ready. After waiting 1/2 hour after my arrival the room requested was not ready.

The room was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and so friendly that we wanted to hang out with them. The only complaint we had was at 10:45 P.M. - there were 6 boys who appeared to be between the ages of 5-8 playing hockey outside our room (with a hockey goal and everything). Not sure where their parents were but I opened our door (301) and asked them to go back to their room. That was very unpleasant. Everything else was great!

Disliked: Children playing in the hallway at 10:45 p.m.

Nice, comfy hotel but way...

Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very expensive! Convenient for show at Von Braun Center. Breakfast was good. Did not use afternoon social benefits nor pool. Tv in living area never worked even after 3 calls for repair. Gentleman who came to fix it was very congenial but did not fix it. He thought he did and right after he left the 2 times he came it quit working. The 3rd request for a fix was never answered. Frustrating, especially for the exorbitant rate. We were told at check in that parking fee of $18 would not be charged, but it was when we got the receipt.
