Disliked: No luggage carts upon arrival or departure. Front desk staff very indifferent when I mentioned it. Was not told about the $22 per night parking fee until it hit my credit card. Not the friendliest employees, especially housekeeping. Bathtub was black and had hair in it from the previous guest.

Disliked: Went up to bar with free drink ticket 7 minutes after happy hour ended and was told by an aloof person that happy hour was over and they could not accommodate me.
