Room had the stench of urine. It was so strong we immediately walked out. They gave us another room that smelled musty but we coped. Toliet ran all night. They must have plumbing issues.
Liked: Close to bars and clubs.
Disliked: Foul odors.

It was walking distance to the venue. Large suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa in the sitting area. Near Lake Eola, which is nice for walking/running. They had a restaurant, but menus weren't visible - the kids ate there and said it was good. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed to be a safe area. I enjoyed my stay here.
Liked: Complimentary happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast; friendly staff; atrium lobby.
Disliked: Valet parking only (for almost $30); had to park in garage across the street ($5).

Liked: The hotel itself is really nice
Disliked: The staff was rude and told me my card declined but really the card needed to be wiped off, it?s only 1 elevator so the wait often times is long, and once I proved my card did work he didn?t give instructions on anything such as where my room was or anything have a nice stay, NOTHING

Very Nice and Helpful staffs
Liked: We checked in at 2:00am earlier morning last Saturday, and met Dane at front desk who has shown his kindness and help to sort out the payment with our taxi driver who refused to accept our credit card payment. We also appreciated the hotel upgraded us to a suite room with balcony. Greatly appreciated all the staffs whom we have met, they are Dane, Richard, Stacy, Salene and Jose.

Just a headache.
Disliked: We stayed at Embassy Suites for the days leading up to wedding and our wedding night with both of our families. We booked months prior to the date via Booking.com and had confirmations and even messages from the hotel saying they were excited to accommodate us for this special time. When we got to the hotel they gave our family the wrong rooms, they wouldn?t fit and had to move rooms after traveling for 24 hours. The next day my husbands family arrived and they said there was no reservation in the system and made my mother in law pay for her room for that night. Everything that went wrong was shoved onto Booking.com with the excuse: ?It is booked with a third party company?. But in the meantime they didn?t even help us figure it out. They didn?t even offer a call. We spent 2 days of the 3,5 days we had with our families figuring out what to do and how to not have people be double charged and calling with Booking.com. When I lost my cool with the manager he wouldn?t even take responsibility or initiative and kept saying it was out of their hands basically. Well I actually worked for Doubletree (also Hilton brand) and you can crosscheck in the system what reservations are directly booked and by other parties in your system. After a Booking.com representative reached out on our behalf they also managed to find the bookings. So in my opinion that is just negligent. When I was speaking with the manager he also made remarks like: ?you are probably just anxious for your wedding tomorrow.? The only thing we were was excited and we just wanted to spend time with our families. Then he went: ?What do you want? What do you want? I?ll ask you 1,2,3,4,5 times, what do you want?? I didn?t want a refund, I didn?t want money to spend on food or drinks or anything. What I wanted was for them to take initiative and responsibility and try and work it out. And when he wanted to offer something I said: You can choose what you think would make our stay better. Because again: Initiative.
