I really enjoyed my stay - very clean and very friendly people working there.
Liked: It was very nice. Would stay there again
Disliked: The shuttle was late so we had to take our car.

Liked: Clean, affordable, friendly staff and close to most places. Would recommend if looking for an affordable alternative to closer Broadway hotels.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little crowded with the main dining area being remodeled. A little bit of a walk to downtown Broadway.

Disliked: Totally under construction so no Embassy quality breakfast, plus hot tub closes. Basically, nothing to do at this hotel. On top of that, the shuttle is first come first service, so can?t rely on it because it?s never available. They should discount the nightly stay due to the loud construction and inconveniences.

Liked: Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and the shuttle was a great service/ amenity. Breakfast was a nice touch. The valets who also double as shuttle driver were all very helpful and pleasant, specifically Rich.
Disliked: Upon arrival I was informed that the King suite I booked was not available and I would have to stay in a double bed room. I questioned why and was told that because I booked thru booking.com they couldn't guarantee my room type and that I should have booked directly thru the hotel. After a 20 minute back and forth with the front desk employee I decided to take the only room they could offer me and would speak with a manager in the morning. The manager the next morning apologized for the inconvenience and conduct of the rude employee from the night before and told me he would take care of the room for the first night and assured me he would have a king suite available for me that day. I shook his hand and took him at his word. Huge mistake, he didn't follow thru. I called booking.com upon returning from my stay and after several conversations, a supervisor apologized and offered to credit me for the room on the first night entirely. Thanking you Carolina for your help and fingers crossed I receive the credit for the room as promised, apparently it takes 15 days to issue a credit on a customers card.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy! Also the shuttle service was very useful during our stay.
Disliked: The staff was very rude. There were limited amount of workers and the woman who made our drinks did a terrible job and overcharged us. Plus she messed up the bill. Until the renovations are done I would not recommend staying here.

Liked: The room was comfortable. Think the breakfast could have offered more( may be due to construction).Liked the location and the shuttle service worked out good.
