If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!
Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Okay, would stay again
Liked: The room was clean, the staff were friendly at times, depends who helped you. We had a city view king suite, right to the elevator. Nosy at times, but nothing you couldn't block out with the TV.
Disliked: The breakfast was "average." Very very busy at all times of the morning, The omelet line was long but worth it, everything else was just okay. For a suite, would have loved a kitchenette. Just a microwave and mini-fridge, with a small sink.

Liked: Happy hour with complimentary drinks was a double bonus.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Best experience so far.
Disliked: Pool was closed for renovations and we weren?t made aware of that until we were ready to go for a swim.

Disliked: old and too crowder breakfast

Disliked: Very upset with the check in process. We booked through Booking.com and reserved 3 rooms. They could only find 1 room. They added an additional 2 rooms to our reservation and then someone else cam and found our other 2 rooms. They then continued to charge our credit card leading the credit card to have a Fraud alert placed on it. So much for a seamless check in for my boss. I was thoroughly embarrassed. In addition, we had to postpone the stay by 1 week and they still charged me over $500 for a cancellation fee even though I gave them more than 72 hours notice. Not sure if this is a property issue or Booking.com but I can be honest and say I won't be using either anymore.

Liked: Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the parking access. Also, close to train station.
