If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!
Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast and great location.
Disliked: Unless you specifically book a room with a "city view," your view is automatically towards the garage wall, which guests are not being told upfront. Please be transparent!

Great stay for a weekend...
Liked: Room size and how beautiful the hotel was
Disliked: Breakfast was nothing special and disappointing to be unable to order room service from restaurant. That was the only time the staff was of no help

Disliked: The room we were given didn’t have proper ventilation especially in the bathroom, where there was noticeable dust buildup in the vent. It made the space feel a bit stuffy and not as clean as expected. Additionally, we noticed that the bathroom ceiling appeared to have been previously repaired, but the aesthetic quality was lacking, which impacted the overall impression of the space.We attempted to call room service several times using the room phone to request additional towels, but unfortunately, no one answered. Eventually, we had to call the main number listed on Google in order to reach the front desk and make the request.
