We loved staying at Embassy Suites! It was our first time staying in an Embassy Suites but it won't be our last. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. We'll be looking for an Embassy Suites from now on when we travel.

Decent place but don?t count...

Liked: Nice gym. Good breakfast. Great managers reception.
Disliked: I reserved this hotel because there was a shuttle but I was told at check in that the shuttle would not take me to the BYCC because of traffic congestion. This was disappointing and for most of our stay, the shuttle vehicle just sat there.

Very good

Liked: The size of the room.
Disliked: Our air was not working when we arrived. We called and they quickly sent someone to help. However, when we came back in the for night it still was not working properly and not cool.

Fair - 2.5 out of 5

Liked: The unique structure of the building and style. Also didn't eat breakfast, but looked good.
Disliked: Service was impersonal, quality could have been better for the cost, windows and floors were dirty.

Due to this horrible experience...

Liked: Have had great stays here in past. Breakfast is good and nice variety.
Disliked: 1. Allowed group of college aged men to party extremely loud in lobby (yelling, music blaring, hooting and hollering) where it echoed, until after 10:30pm causing several guests (people from many rooms standing on balcony overlooking to see what the noise was all about as well as 2 of our children and both myself and my spouse were woke up) I addressed it with desk and was told he "gave them warning".. end result was guests confronting the group and more yelling occurred, shoving, and manager then stepped in a little before 11:30 and sent them to rooms. We ended up checking out and going elsewhere with 3 small children at midnight (had already made decision and packed up by time group dispersed), manager told me there is no hotel policy that anyone signs anymore so he couldn't provide me with a copy of any policies. (what?!) 2. Pool room was closed (due to chemical issues apparently was cloudy)-indoor pool and hot tub are a must when we make a reservation. 3. Either blood or some type of sauce (brown colored and large amount about eye level) all over curtain in our room.--see pic 4. Furniture is very worn and needs updated (table in our 2br suite had several spots where finish was peeling off, edges of all wood furniture beat up and chipping off, couch sagged), bed broken down and springs creaked, pillows suck. The site automatically gives rating based on info provided. Id say 1.0 myself.
