Liked: The suite was good and clean
Disliked: I had no hot water for a day and half. It wasn’t resolved on time. My son & I eventually had to go to a friend’s to have my bath. No apologies whatsoever was given. They kept going on about compensation of some kind, that itself never happened.The breakfast was complete nonsense. So basic and they still couldn’t get it right. You get a plastic takeaway container to put your meal in. So ridiculous. I will never consider staying here nor recommend it to anyone.

Liked: The lobby was beautiful!
Disliked: We paid for a 2 queen suite, so it was not cheap. When we walked into the room, it was clean, but something didn't smell right. I started looking for the trash can. Out of a while suite, there was one tiny trash can under a table. There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. The trash can wreaked of vomit. I tried the give my kids a bath but the nosil that you switch to plug or unplug the bath tub was broken. There was no toilet paper holder. And the kitchenette sink also smelled like vomit. For what I paid, not worth it.

Disliked: Over priced and the parking garage was very narrow and hard to maneuver in.

Liked: The hotel building is good
Disliked: The front desk staff was nonresponsive to my requests for service. I asked for a working coffee machine, and it took 2 days to get me one. I called the front desk for coffee cups, and none were delivered. I didn't like the customer service I got.

Liked: Room was ok and clean, bed was comfortable and check in process was easy.
Disliked: Basic toiletries like shower gel , body lotion was missing. Breakfast served was not fresh. There was a live counter as well but it had long queue.

Disliked: That you had to pay somuch for parking and the spots were super small making it hard to park my vehicle

Beautiful hotel, location, and rooms...

Liked: The rooms, the location, the ambiance, the staff, valet.
Disliked: We felt like breakfast could be more organized. More coffee stations than just one. Maybe more cook to order stations. Staff need to be more attentive to French toast station. We were waiting a while just to get the French toast. The elevator situation was not so great.
