Great hotel , great location....
Liked: I love the location , the front desk agent name Khatija was extremely helpful during my stay.
Disliked: I requested housekeeping twice to re clean the bathroom, because I found hair in the drain.

Great Room and Staff, Plus...
Liked: Location was excellent. Huge rooms, plural -- living room and bedroom. Comfortable bed, thermostat worked, clean, with a nice coffee maker and two small bottles of water given to me as I checked in (wish the water hadn't been from Nestle, not a good corporate citizen and that goes back decades, but that's my personal stance). The staff -- I interacted mainly with the desk clerks -- was wonderful. They explained everything very clearly and cogently and the system of cards used to get in and out of the garage worked fine (except once -- see below!).
Disliked: As a single female traveler over 60, I was not thrilled to find that the usual garage access was blocked (after 17 hours of driving). I had to squeeze my car into a tiny space in front of the hotel (thank goodness I drive a Smart), go upstairs to sign in, go back downstairs to get a luggage cart, unload my stuff on the curb in the semi-dark, drag the loaded cart onto two separate elevators, then the same on the way back down with the empty cart, and then drive a generous city block around to finally stow the car and come back up on two elevators again. I don't blame them for the painting of the usual access, but I wish someone could have helped with the luggage. The desk clerk was wonderful, but being there by himself, he could not, of course, leave his post to help me. I'm not a feeble female, but after 17 hours on the road, anyone would be fried. Also, the breakfast is a scrum of people, with tables left uncleaned -- after walking through the breakfast facility, and a look down at the serene and empty Starbucks in the indoor mall, easily visible, I decided to buy myself lunch down there plus a New York Times and have a quiet Sunday morning, not surrounded by noise -- the extra cost was worth it. When they say "made to order breakfast," it just means you get to stand in line at food prep stations. My idea of a truly great breakfast is something other than a buffet. I understand that it's all about processing numbers (and there were lots of people), it's just not at all enjoyable as an experience, no matter how good the food. Can't judge the food as I only ate at Starbucks!

Liked: Great and friendly cleaning staff. Super close to the metro too.
Disliked: There was a coffee pouch in the toilet upon our arrival but it seemed like a fluke.
