Not so clean and expensive

Liked: The location was great and the service at the desk was kind had no hiccups when it came to checking in or checking out
Disliked: I have to say I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness it was a pigsty. Food was so so not that good The Omelette bar was closed the couches were filthy in our room the couches were filthy the floor tile was all chipped out all the grout was chipped it was really bad and very expensive I was so looking forward to it we had already stayed in Albuquerque and it was impressive now I know just by being there that Albuquerque was a much newer Hotel in your group but boy your Flagstaff needs help. Also there was only the heater that was working no air conditioning we had to force the windows open so that we could get air and that's what they told us that the air doesn't turn on until it's summer. I would like a refund

Liked: This location has a COMPLEMENTARY happy hour with two drinks per adult and little snacks. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beautiful red haired front desk lady was extremely helpful and made our stay a lot nicer.
Disliked: The door to the bedroom was a little stiff to move.

Decent stay, needs updating, but...

Liked: The breakfast and staff were great - the made to order omelet was great. Each of my kids got exactly what they wanted.
Disliked: The room and some of the facility was in great need of updating/repair. In our room, the carpet was stained in some areas, wallpaper peeling and outdated, bathroom grout in disrepair in some places. It wasn't awful or gross ... I've been in awful hotels before, this one just needs some updates.

I wouldn’t stay here again...

Liked: The happy hour server Willie was the high point. He was kind and personable. The location was good for what we needed - we did both Antelope Canyon (2 hours from Flagstaff), and Sedona (only 45 min).
Disliked: The property was run down, lacking staff, we had to eventually go find our own toilet paper restock, clean towels, laundry bags, and extra blankets. They had maid carts out so we just did self service. They moved us rooms after the first night because the faucet in the bathtub wouldn’t turn far enough to have hot water. The carpet was gross and old and the whole thing needs a much needed remodel. The room doesn’t have air until outside reaches over 50 degrees.. when we called about it - they told us to just open the window. The weight room had no towels and was stuck at 80 degrees. Not great. We went early April - so the temps were warm during the day and cooler at night.

Liked: Beds were comfortable, and room was spacious
Disliked: The room was super hot and they didn't have AC. I was told I had to open the windows, one of the windows did not have the screen, luckily we were on the third floor, so I wasn't worried about the windows being open. However, I had trouble sleeping because the windows had to be open and I heard cars driving by all night.The sofa and couch were visibly dirty.There was trash on the bathroom floor, I guess maintenance forgot to sweep.

Liked: The rooms were nice and spacious. Wish we had booked an Embassy for our other stays.
Disliked: The breakfast looked really nice but there were no plates 😕
