Disliked: The blower moving heat around the room seemed to be awfully loud.

Friendly staff, decent facility
Liked: Omelette breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: First room our shower handle broke off. The pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable. One elevator was out of order so took a long time to get to room.

Disappointing
Disliked: There is not a way to access the stairs from the first-floor level without having a staff member open a door to the outside. This was very challenging with a pet and using the elevator. I would also be careful with the bottles of water in the room. I was charged for using one when I did not. When trying to communicate with their support about the charge there was not much communication from their end. Ended up having to take the charge.
