Worst individual night I have...

Liked: I have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed the location and hotel property.
Disliked: This was the worst individual night I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room next to us was out of control. It had 10-15 occupants and was extremely loud and disturbing. The hotel staff did nothing to help us. I called the front desk twice to request help, but security did nothing until the 2nd time I called around 3am. At that time, I stated that they either needed to help us and make that room calm down or I would call the police. That seemed to do the trick as the noise soon stopped.

It was perfect!

Liked: It was beautiful, super easy check in and check out.Breakfast was amazing. I’m definitely coming back!

Disappointing

Disliked: My stay was good but I had booked and paid for my rooms in February and when I arrived in April I was charged again. I had expessed that I had already paid for my rooms, but it was a back and forth, and we both got frustrated.I paid because it was late, and I had my family with me, but i was a little confused. I went down immediately to talk with someone else, and she said she would void the charges. It's been ten days now and I have received a refund for one of my rooms as promised but now they are not being very friendly or professional over the phone and they are telling me that they never charged me for my other room when it shows they did on my bank account statement. It's been frustrating, and I'm unsure how far I'm going to have to go to get my money back. I've stayed here before and my stay was great but not so much this time around.

Liked: We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times and it always meets and exceeds our expectations. Very comfortable room. The breakfast is the best!

Weekend get away

Liked: We always love Embassy Suites. The location is great, breakfast is amazing, and rooms are cozy and very clean. The breakfast is one of our favorites with omelet station, veggie egg mix, oatmeal, waffles, and so much more. We also enjoy happy hour and the kids love the pool.
Disliked: There was some construction going on and a bit noisy in the morning. But, honestly it's okay because the hotel was needing it after unexpected damage.

Nice family get away

Liked: This hotel was clean and comfortable. We were surprised to have complementary cocktails during the happy hour. It was very nice.
Disliked: We didn’t like having to pay for parking. I’ve never paid for parking at a hotel before. We also had to pay for WiFi.
