Liked: Fabulous.

Clean.friendly.

Liked: Very pretty. Clean. Nice size rooms.
Disliked: The outlets in our room 726 are old and any of our chargers just fell out and wouldn’t charge good. In the middle of the night there were 6 vehicles that got broken into. There needs to be security outside at all times taking shifts. Was told it has happened a lot here. But other than that I really liked the hotel.

Very unhappy with the Senior...

Liked: Location, breakfast
Disliked: management of the facility. Behavior of the guest that staff could not control. The 11:00pm noise policy. The disorderly Mangers Reception. The negative attitude of the Senior Staff toward guest who are not part of a group or sports Team.

Good

Liked: The rooms were very spacious.
Disliked: Hotel is outdated and the pool could use an upgrade. Also, breakfast staff were a bit lazy with preparing items. No pancakes or scrambled eggs were on the hot line and the person cooking didn't really want to prepare anything.

Liked: The rooms were super clean, big and roomyMy bed was very comfortable! We missed Happy Hour because we headed to the concert but The Breakfast was AMAZING! We enjoyed the omelette station especially! The service was Awesome and everyone was very friendly!

No Air Conditioning in my...

Liked: The food and the design inside
Disliked: My room did not have anything working air I was on fire the whole time they couldn’t change my room because they were fully booked they gave me fans for the room since I didn’t have any AC

Liked: The whole staff was amazing and very kind. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had.
Disliked: The pool was crowded. Was not able to use it.

Excessive Noise

Liked: The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The excessive noise from guests with children running around until late in the night. Large groups gathering in the Atrium and 2nd floor lounge, watching sports, and screaming at the top of their lungs until midnight. Hotel staff responded that it was allowed until quiet time that started at 11pm. The noise continued past the so-called quiet time. There was consideration for the other guests staying at the facility. On our 2nd night, we had to wait 30 minutes to get a beverage during the Managers Reception because the bartender was new, and the manager on Duty would not get her any help. Overall, this was night a good stay. I went without sleep for two nights.
