If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!
Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Great location, great staff, very...
Liked: Bragged breakfast was good, seemed like a lot of food every day. We missed the buffet but understand that this was the alternative due to COVID and that was a nice alternative that it was still being offered.
Disliked: Seemed like most of the guests were all situated on our floor which helped with housekeeping but we had a very rowdy group next to us and it would have been nice to be a little more spread out.
