If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!

Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Road trip with son

Liked: The location was spot on the hotel is beautiful on entry rooms comfy bathroom well stocked road trip with son so sofa bed was a must amazing free breakfast set you up for the day maybe a couple more toasters as queue formed creating bottleneck plenty of elevators free managers drinks and snacks in the evening
Disliked: Nothing really as above couple more toasters to help at busy breakfast and coffee in room was not topped up but we were out most of the day

Liked: The location of the hotel and the breakfast were good.
Disliked: When booking, the photos show a room facing the street, but when we arrived we were given a dark room facing the parking lot. We spoke to the reception but they did not take care of our request.The room was not cleaned for 3 days, towels were not changed. When we told them they said it was because we were in the room, which was not true. Then they came and cleaned it.
