If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!

Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Uncomfortable in all aspects!

Liked: Our room : water stain on ceiling, no phone, toilet paper holder hanging off wall, 3x3’ shower with too short shower curtain, very small bath sink, no nightstand or lamp on right side of bed. They gave 20% off room., but. didn’t compensate for issues.

Convenient stay for families

Liked: Property is located at the heart of downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and snacks at the facility makes it very convenient for families with kids.
Disliked: parking charges per night is lot.

One of the best USA...

Liked: The location was perfect! One block from the Grand L stop. Few blocks from the river, lake, magnificent mile, navy pier, etc. They had an amazing free breakfast Buffett, free happy hour with two drinks and apps, and free baggage check. They provided a crib for our baby and also allowed us to check out late which was so helpful traveling with a baby!
Disliked: The maid missed our room one day but we really weren’t worried about it!

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located to visit all attractions easily
Disliked: I feel like the happy hour can be organized a little better. Too many people, too much chaos.

Liked: The breakfast was phenomenal! The hotel was nice and clean. Free drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:30. Limit of 2 free drinks. Parking onsite was wonderful!!
Disliked: Only 4 elevators to accommodate 11 floors of guests, especially at breakfast time, was a nightmare. 2 of the elevators broke down while we were there so that added to the wait time. When I reserved my room I was under the impression that parking was included in the price. That turned out to be false. Make sure to read the policy. If you see parking is included, screen shot it. When we arrived, we did not get what I reserved. 2 beds. We got 1 bed and a sofa couch. At first the front desk told me they did not have what I reserved and I cannot trust reservations. Then he suddenly had a room with 2 beds with a view of the parking garage. I had reserved one with a city View. Not that we spent much time in the room, but I do expect to get what I pay for. It was not a terrible stay. It just wasn't what I expected.

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect and close to the L
Disliked: Was disappointed with the evening cocktail hour. The food was sub par and for the drinks, the employees were really nice but the line to wait for the drinks were ridiculous. Maybe have another person serving drinks?

Disliked: Pretty much everything. I also liked that they had breakfast included except that the eggs, bacon and slushes don’t cook them well.
