The hotel location was perfect for our outings. We really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff as well. Most importantly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the variety of food options. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Liked: I loved the room itself. and room service was pretty fantastic. The hotels location was perfectly centered around everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: I know there isn't much you can do about it, but I do wish that breakfast in the morning wasn't such a zoo. It was really hard to even get breakfast as well as even get an elevator up or down. But we just opted to go our for breakfast instead, so it worked out just fine :)

Overall, the experience was not worth the price.

Liked: Room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was too crowded; we had to wait in line for a long time to get food. Additionally, the elevators were also crowded, which made it take some time to get to the 16th floor where our room was located, and to come back down.

Disliked: Extremely long wait time to check-in and wait for elevators durring peak times. Wish they had Kiosks to make check-in process faster.
