Liked: Pool, gym, complimentary snack + drinks, breakfast were great. The room was quiet and clean. Staff were nice, respectful and welcoming. FREE parking was a plus! I would definitely recommend!

Eventful in a bad way.
Disliked: I checked in at at 4:30 pm on March 15, 2024. However, I was contacted by phone from the desk at about 9:30 pm by someone (a male) who asked my last name. Sometime later my bank issued several fraud alerts for additional charges from the hotel at which I had blocked my card while I tried to find out what happened. I checked my accounts on line and verified that there was an additional pending charge on my account. I then contacted the front desk and was told that I checked in at 9:30 pm which was not the case and that I needed to speak to a manager. I was told that I would have to wait until morning. The next morning I went down to the front desk to explain the issue and was told the same thing. I explained that I was put off by the phone call asking my last name and that if there was an issue I should have been asked to come to the front desk. I when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she would not be in until 3:00 pm. I ask if she would be available when I returned to the hotel at about 8 pm and was told yes, because she works second shift. Upon returning to the hotel I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager and was told again a manager was unavailable. I was told that my issue had been noted and offered the GM’s card. I explained that I was very much unhappy with the situation but took the card. I kept my card blocked my entire stay because I didn’t get the assurance or assistance I needed.

Pleasurable and upscale.
Liked: Location, breakfast and suite layout.
Disliked: Refillable shampoo bottles were empty and of course you don’t know this until you’re in the shower. This is a frustrating common occurrence these days.
